We provide you with advice on the most suitable mortgage for your circumstances along with a personal illustration to ensure your mortgage is repaid on death.

This way you know exactly what you will pay with no hidden extra's.

Fee’s payable to us by the Mortgage Lender are returned to you in full
 
All commission on the life policy is waived to obtain the cheapest premium for you.

An Example in practice

Mr & Mrs Sample asked Simply Redwood to provide advice on a mortgage of £100,000 and to ensure that the mortgage was repaid should either of them die.

On completion of the mortgage and life policy

For arranging the mortgage Simply Redwood received from  the Building Society a fee of £350 which was returned to Mr & Mrs Sample.
 
In addition, as their life policy was arranged on a non-commission basis, they saved a further £7 per month when compared to the standard premium offered by the Life Company.

By using Simply Redwood to arrange their mortgage and life cover, Mr & Mrs Sample have gained £100 and saved money on their life policy !
